Dave Payne is the Founder and President of System 3 Performance Consulting, a sales training and consulting team launched in 2013 that partners with forward-thinking companies to build customized sales training programs. Concurrently, he serves as a Professor of Practice at The University of Akron, where his greatest career accomplishment has been sharing knowledge with students to develop successful sales careers following their time at the Fisher Institute for Professional Selling. As an accomplished Senior Sales Executive, Dave brings significant experience in medical sales, sales training, and sales management, fostering an environment of accountability, mutual respect, and trust. He now integrates this passion for teaching into a new avenue with System 3's state-of-the-art, cutting-edge new AI sales training program, building upon his professional expertise in curriculum development, creative selling techniques, sales coaching, and advanced sales training across various specialties.
